Finding a Spot: Can’t find an appointment slot? No worries! Reach out to us and we'll make room for you. We believe you deserve the best!

Confirmation: To ensure a seamless appointment, we kindly ask that you confirm your booking 2 days before.

Price Variations: Our prices are set for typical hairstyles. For bespoke styles or if your hair requires more time, please get in touch with us on WhatsApp at 079 400 67632 for a quote.

Deposits & Rescheduling: To guarantee your preferred time slot, we kindly ask for a £20 deposit at the time of booking. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, your deposit can be transferred to your new date or refunded, as long as we receive 48 hours’ notice.

Being On Time: We all run late sometimes! If you're running behind, please give us a heads-up by calling 079 400 67632. If you're over 15 minutes late, we might have to charge a £10 late fee or reschedule your appointment. We hope you understand that this policy is to respect the time of our stylists and other clients.

Hair Prep: Got a bit of a dirty hair day? No worries at all! We'll happily give your locks a thorough wash at the salon. Please note there's a small additional charge for this, but we promise it's worth every penny for that fresh, clean feeling. Unfortunately, we can't accommodate any extra guests or pets unless they're also being pampered by us.

Styling Techniques: When it comes to braids, twists, and other styles, we aim for perfection! To ensure your style lasts longer and looks its absolute best, we might treat the ends with hot water. But fear not! We promise to handle your hair with extra care. After all, we've been mastering this art for years.

Age & Gender: Safety first! We love styling children, but to ensure a comfortable and safe experience, we only cater to those aged 7 and above. As for our male friends, while we're not equipped to provide men's hairstyles, we're more than ready to style the women in your life - be it your sisters, partners, or friends. We promise to leave them looking and feeling fabulous!

Hair Length & Thickness: If your hair is especially thick or long, or shorter than 4 inches, please let us know when you book your appointment. Additional fees might apply, simply because we'll need to book more time to make sure your hair gets the attention it deserves!

Hair Extensions: We're all about providing top-quality hair extensions, so we use our own for braiding, however this would attract an extra cost in addition to the service fee, depending on your style. If you're bringing in your own extensions, please make sure they're ‘pre-pulled’.

Personal Belongings: We'll do our best to keep an eye on your personal belongings, but we can't take responsibility for any loss or damage. Your understanding would be greatly appreciated.

Satisfaction: If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with our services, we encourage you to let us know within 48 hours. We're committed to making things right!
